Proper vetting procedures include Psychometric Evaluation, Criminal background checks with fingerprint verification, ID verification, Credit Checks and much more.

Staff retention is optimized by internal fast tracking and staff well-being policies which in turn underscores our high client retention rates for more than twenty five years. Our manned guarding teams undergo extensive training in our Code of Conduct, Standard Operating Procedures and specialist training required in a myriad of basic disciplines ranging from dog handlers, warehousing and logistics, first aid and fire fighting to more advanced training such as conflict handling, health and safety and much more.

Continues refreshment training and key performance measurement practices including risk audits are packaged in our unique quality assurance program driven by team members dedicated to quality control. Daily reports are provided to Chief Operation Officer to ensure compliance. Structured feedback briefings and reports are provided to our clients daily, weekly and monthly meetings to ensure compliance with Risk Audits, Key Performances and the Service Level Agreement.

Executive management is within reach on a 24/7 Hours basis lamenting our philosophy of establishing high profile relationships with our clients. Our risk management model ensures daily contact between clients and our executive management penetrating into the daily operational requirements focusing on staff availability, procedural and legal compliance, training and development, risks assessments as well as daily and weekly feedback on  proficiency checks and penetration exercises required by the client.

New accounts are precipitated with a proper risk analysis to familiarize with the SOP’s targeting specific training requirements to ensure a smooth transition as highlighted with the implementation plan. A comprehensive implementation plan will be agreed to by both parties to pave the way forward and mitigate risks identified during the transition phase.

Central to our quality management system is our 24/7 Hour control room that tracks guard movement, guard activity in the guardhouse and gate areas as well as incidents on site using Electronic OB Book, as well as alarm and fire activation. Other building management functions such as remote access and egress control can be facilitated remotely. We also provide live CCTV remote video surveillance monitoring services to enforce procedural requirements on site such as locking and unlocking procedures, production levels and perimeter detection.
